E is for... Endometriosis

It's time to talk about Endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition that affects 1:10 of us. It is when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it, causing pain and discomfort. This tissue can grow on organs in the pelvis, such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and bladder.

Symptoms of endometriosis can include:
✨ Painful, heavy periods
✨ Pain during sex
✨ Chronic pelvic pain
✨ Difficulty getting pregnant

Endometriosis is not just a bad period.  If you have concerns, please speak to your doctor.
